Siamo stati al Borghetto in tre famiglie dall'8 al 19 agosto 2015. Una vera vacanza , relax, sport e natura tra le colline marchigiane.||Mario, il proprietario, è una persona davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Gli appartamenti sono molto belli e confortevoli, spaziosi e molto curati nei particolari.||La piscina è strepitosa, il panorama, che ci siamo goduti dai lettini a bordo piscina, favoloso.||I bambini si sono divertiti a sfidarsi sul campo da bocce e a giocare sulle altalene e lo scivolo.||Struttura sicuramente da consigliare.

Incantevole casale immerso tra le colline marchigiane. Tutto molto curato, pulito e ottimamente gestito dal proprietario Mario, persona cordiale, discreta e molto disponibile a tutte le nostre esigenze. Bellissima piscina con vista panoramica . Molto consigliato.

Thank you again Mario and Daniela for another amazing stay in your country home! I told you we would return!! This was our second time visiting the Cagli and Frontone area of Italy and we had no doubt where we wanted to stay.Our first trip was in 2017. It was just my family of 5. This time we brought my wife's cousin and 2 kids and it was great! We rented both the upper and lower apartments. As usual the pool was cleaned every morning by Mario. He must have been up before the sun because we never saw him. We also had fresh eggs from his chickens placed on the outside table every morning.We played Bocce Ball,rode the mountain bikes and swam in the pool everyday.We cooked in one night. Did take out another night.But the BEST meal is up at the Castello di Frontone! The Taverna della Rocca is hands down the best Italian food I've ever had! Besides my Nonna's! 🙂 Mario was super great in making our reservations and showing us AGAIN how to get to the Castello! We plan on returning in 2020! My suggestion is to make this your final destination before flying home.We ended here both trips then drove to Rome for 2 days before flying home. Thank you again Mario and Daniela! My wife finally talked me into a trip to italy.I agreed only if we could stay in a small town in the country. Im not big on crowds! As we started to search for country properties we stumbled across Il Borghetto al Poggio! As soon as I saw the photos and read the reviews I instantly began booking our stay! The owner,Mario, responded very promptly to all my questions.We began our Italy trip in Rome and what a busy place it is! I couldn't wait to arrive at the Poggio.Once we arrived I,and I have to be very honest, I was blown away! The accommodations are beautiful but over that the views looking out over the pool were double amazing! We saw fire flies at night while sitting by the pool.I've never seen a fire fly! Then there is the Castello di Frontone. Which is a castle that now has two amazing restaurants and people actually live there in little house?apartments. It really an amazing place. OK. Enough about the accommodations. I have to say the owner Mario was present 100% of the time when we had questions or needed suggestions for places to eat. There are chickens on the property if you like fresh eggs in the morning and depending what time of the year your there the tomatoes might be ripe enough to use.As you can tell I was totally pleased with our choice. I wanted to cancel our next town so we could stay longer.We will return soon!Thank you Mario for making your stay as special as I wanted it to be.We really felt like were "living"in Italy! Ciao!

This is one of my favorite places in the world.!!I My family and I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to go back. These lovely farm style homes are located on a beautiful country hillside with an amazing country view. It is one of them most relaxing and private places to get away from the hussle and bussle of daily life... The establishment is family run and the property owner is just delightful. Our children really enjoyed their time there...the pool is fantastic (right outside our door!!) It is centrally located so day trips are very easy...Urbino,..Gubbio...Fano...and so much more!!! We highly recommend this location to anyone (family or couples) who is looking for a true taste of Italy in a relaxing stay!!!!

We went in Late September, an excellent time to go to the Marche. It is not crowded with summer European Vacationers and the weather is better.||. ||The views from the Poggio are fabulous. It is on a hilltop in the middle of a beautiful rural valley between Frontone and Cagli. At night the Castello de Frontone is lit up beautifully. It looks like something out of Disneyland. ||||We were there a week, (not enough time to see all we wanted to see). We went to the town of Gubio, The Frassasi caves, Pergola, Frontone, The Castello de Frontone, and Cagli. ||||Mario and Daniela have done a fabulous job of restoring this farmhouse where her father was born.The upper apartment where we stayed was spacious and had all of the modern conveniences that you could want. We used the wood fired cooking area to do some grilling. We toured the lower apartment which was a little smaller, but restored equally well. The fresh eggs from the range chickens on the property were wonderful.||||Mario, our host and the manager, was excellent. If you need anything in the area, he knows about it. He arranged all of our dinner reservations, wine purchases, and pasta making class at the Castella de Frontone (lots of fun!) He guided us to all of our destinations in the area. The food was fabulous and very reasonable in the area.||||The Marche area is beautiful, and not as crowded as Tuscany, with many similar features. オーナーのマリオとダニエラが知り合いだったので、現地で催されたランチパーティーに招待され参加しました。|お世辞にもアクセスは良いとは言えませんが|(私達はレンタカーを使用) 、その代わりに最高のイタリアの田園風景が待っています。|アクセスが可能で、美しい田舎のイタリアを期待されている方に超オススメです。設備もリノベーションされてとても綺麗でした。|今回は時間の都合上、宿泊できませんでしたが、次回は是非泊まりたい所です。
